Many of us carry similar insecurities, judgment and detachment regarding this precious area of our body.

And yet, how we feel about our Yoni is closely connected to our overall body comfort, self-esteem, sexual pleasure, freedom in expression and how we stand in womanhood.

This workshop offers a soft introduction through sharings, embodiment practices, including connecting with Yonis in a creative way through art-making (no nudity involved). 

Let´s experience the beauty and magic unfolding when women gather in sisterhood, vulnerability and presence.
Simply come as you are and we hold all that is, the joy and the pain, the beauty, the shame, and whatever arises while we reconnect with our Yoni.
